Correspondents include Baron Knesebeck; the Earl of Munster; General Charles D'Orsay; Sir Robert Peel; the Countess of Pembroke; Sir Robert Smirke; Lord Walpole; and the Duke of Wellington. A letter, 1838 December 5, of General Viscount Rowland Hill proposes to relieve Fuller of the presidency of the board of general officers and to nominate General Sir J.C. Dalbiac to replace him.
